The International Fine Print Dealers Association

New York: The International Fine Print Dealers Association (IFPDA) has announced that ninety of its members will exhibit at the 23rd edition of IFPDA Print Fair, which opens to the public for a four-day run on November 6 at New York’s historic Park Avenue Armory. With a wide spectrum of material spanning five centuries, The IFPDA Print Fair remains the largest art fair dedicated to a single medium and draws a dedicated international audience of curators, collectors, scholars, artists, and art enthusiasts. The Fair’s international character is buttressed this year with nearly a third of exhibitors (twenty-six) hailing from the United Kingdom or Europe. These include prominent dealers such as Alan Cristea Gallery, Osborne Samuel, and The Fine Art Society (London), Polígrafa Obra Gráfica (Barcelona), Paul Prouté S.A. (Paris), Galerie Sabine Knust (Munich), Helmut H. Rumbler (Frankfurt), Jorg Maass Kunsthandel (Berlin), Galerie Boisserée (Cologne) and August Laube (Zurich) in specialties ranging from old master prints to modern and contemporary. Despite the overflow of applications, the Fair also includes four dealers who will exhibit for the first time — Gerrish Fine Art (London), Stanza Del Borgo (Milan), Scholten Japanese Art (New York), and Bernard Jacobson Gallery (London) – as well as Pia Gallo, Catherine E. Burns and Keith Sheridan, who rejoin the Fair as exhibitors after a brief hiatus. The Fair opens to the public on Thursday, November 6 -9. Hours are Thursday to Saturday, Noon to 8:00 PM and Sunday, Noon to 6:00 PM. Daily admission is $20. Group admission can be arranged through the IFPDA Office. (The IFPDA Print Fair has designated Turon Travel Inc. [] as its preferred U.S. travel agency. For more information, phone: 212.674.6095) or visit Link to further info
